Workers Strike Back  have defeated attempts by corporate landlords and the all-Democrat Seattle City Council to undermine renters' rights won by Kshama Sawant’s Socialist City Council Office and working people. Democrats wanted to severely water down the city’s ethics laws as a first step towards repealing our victories.

Rather than fight against Trump’s onslaught of attacks on working people across the country, Democrats are carrying out brutal attacks of their own, including massive budget cuts in a number of states. There is no way forward for our movements within the Democratic Party, its progressive wing, or the labor leadership that stands with them.

Join us on Tuesday June 3rd @ 1pm (600 4th Ave.) for a VICTORY RALLY at City Hall to declare victory, give a warning to the Democratic Party, and begin organizing our next steps.
