Kshama’s opponent, warmongering Democrat Adam Smith, voted in favor of George W. Bush’s Homeland Security Act in 2002, which created ICE. He’s bankrolled by Palantir, which contracts with ICE. Smith and the Democratic Party have paved the way for Trump’s attacks on immigrants and working people.
Workers Strike Back stands in solidarity with immigrant community members and working and young people who are fighting back in Los Angeles and nationally against these vicious workplace raids, individual abductions, and mass deportations by ICE and the Trump administration.
We need mass strikes and mass civil disobedience to defeat Trump's horrendous agenda of deportations. We need protests in the hundreds of thousands across the country, in every city, to stop the mass deportations. Trump says this is disorderly — he hasn’t seen anything yet.
Most urgently, the labor leadership nationally should be calling for strike actions in the major cities ACROSS the nation, from Seattle to LA to Chicago to Houston to NYC. Nothing will defeat Trump’s agenda like millions of workers shutting down the profit machine of the bosses. This is the only language they understand. Union members have a critical role to play in pushing the labor leadership to take action, who have been tied at the hip to the Democratic Party, and are so far refusing to call mass strikes.

Adam Smith is bought out by billionaires and the Zionist lobby, and has repeatedly voted to fund the genocide in Gaza. His biggest donor last year was the Zionist pro-genocide AIPAC.
