The Israeli state has revoked Kshama Sawant's travel authorization for Israel, where she was going to visit the Israeli-occupied West Bank. Kshama has relentlessly fought against Israel's genocide of the Palesinian people, including in her recent campaign for Congress which called for ending all military aid to Israel, and for a full arms embargo against Israel.

It’s clear that Israel does not want someone with Kshama’s record of fighting for Palestinian liberation to be in the West Bank exposing the horrific crimes being carried out every day by violent Israeli settlers with the full support of the Israeli military. Others fighting against the genocide, like socialist UK Member of Parliament Zarah Sultana, have also been banned from traveling through Israel, as well as Palestinian Americans just attempting to visit their homes and relatives.
The genocide in Gaza, the escalating violence in the West Bank, and the whole apartheid state of Israel are only possible because the Israel state and it's brutal Zionist project have the full backing of the Democratic and Republican parties in the United States. Both parties serve the billionaires and have supported endless imperialist war for over a century.
